Right now the best Blackjack in the country is in Pennsylvania.
It is all 3:2, DAS, S17 with Surrender.

This is not because the casinos there like giving the player a decent shot. It is because that is how the legislature wrote the regulations.

The casinos are fighting hard behind the scenes to change the rule to the crap you find on the LV strip and many AC casinos

Best rules in the country but not neccessarily the best blackjack. I'd put the best blackjack in the country is where you can get the money down and rules are good for whatever stakes you happen to be playing. For low stakes the best blackjack is in Missouri and Southern California. For higher stakes even Atlantic City can be excellent.

Yes, there is a big difference between "best rules" and "best BJ" (for counters, that is).

While having good rules is important, it doesn't necessarily guarantee the best blackjack experience. The best blackjack game can be found where you can comfortably wager money and the rules are favorable for the stakes you are playing. If you are playing low stakes, the best blackjack can be found in Missouri and Southern California, while for higher stakes, even Atlantic City can offer an excellent experience.

Is that all? I followed your sig or whatever.

I dont see any difference between “good rules” and “good blackjack”. If they kick you out there is nothing good about blackjack. I read they do it in Pennsylvania too nowadays.

I was a blackjack dealer in Pennsylvania for most of 2023. The casino I worked at was very new, from the dealers up to the shift managers, so other than the fact that they had only one shoe table and I was always assigned to that table, it was a paradise for counters. We dealt 8 decks to penetration of 85%.

The first time I flagged a counter it took three days and an ugly confrontation to get rid of him. The second time it took an hour and a half and no confrontation at all. I just cut to 60%. The first time the counter said nothing, but the second time he asked me why and I said "I'm just doing what I was told." I actually wasn't told anything, and I had thought of giving him a sidelong glance and saying "Do you really have to ask?" but I figured that this way he'd know he was hot and leave the table, and indeed he did.

Hey all! PA’s blackjack rules are solid—3:2 payouts, soft 17 stands, late surrender—but the best experience depends on your stakes. Low rollers might prefer Missouri or SoCal’s edge, while high rollers could vibe with Atlantic City’s scene. Still, PA’s low house edge (0.3% with strategy) keeps it competitive. Streaks hit hard either way—math’s a beast! What’s your go-to spot for your bankroll?

Have you tried black jack on Cloudbet yet? You'll not want to leave there, though they're currently giving away some prizes for IPL bettors, joining their VIP club is a good idea
